Desktop and server version 2.2.0.0 is built around two real collection paths: importing creator packs and existing folders, or capturing repository downloads with their page details attached. The same portable library can then stay local, include watched folders, or connect to a dedicated server.

This page is published by MeshVault and was prepared with AI assistance. It summarises official documentation, not a hands-on benchmark or an independent product review. The reasons to choose another product are part of the comparison.

Checked on 1 October 2026. MeshVault desktop and server claims are limited to the committed 2.2.0.0 release; later work is excluded. Connect and the free mobile apps are separate companion products, and iOS is a TestFlight beta.

Indexing, thumbnail generation and interactive preview are different capabilities. Beta features are labelled; roadmap items are not counted as available. “Not documented” means the reviewed sources did not establish a capability, not that it cannot exist.
