Zero leaves the edges square. Outside chamfers cover the perimeter and side edges; hole chamfers ease both openings while preserving the specified bore diameter. On saddles, the outer chamfer bevels the profile end faces while retaining the circular seat. These are edge breaks, not screw-head countersinks.

Shared hole settings

Straight through-holes on the centreline. End distance sets the hole centres from the ends of each usable mounting face when using two holes. Measure your actual screws.

Print guidance

From dimensions to a finished part.

Print on the profile side shown in the preview with a calibrated profile. Start with 0.2 mm layers, 4 perimeters and 40% infill. Inspect the hole bridges and corner in your slicer, and check the printed fit before use.
